(L)親愛的葉老師、昱翰、昱衡:

很感動你們來忠僕號上給我和Robert帶導覽...

小i...

xoxoXO!

小i(Dorothy) gave her last a tour with me and Jennifer.

Always meet friends during the tour~~

Lucky kids.. They came to the programme without tickets and without any acquaintances just because that they met the right person named Jennifer and that right person know this crazie girl called Charity that they got in.
They even told me that they used this special "method" for I-night as well!
Guess that's God's will lo~

Doulos keeps on sailing after Hualien: 5/13三Jacky & Tony tour, Keelung: 5/17日tour guide, 5/19二Classes, 5/22五中文系公演

DOULOS
Last day in Hualien.

5/13 Wed. Daniel Mombartz gave a tour for my classmates Jacky and Tony.
I was so touched that Jacky is willing to fly with his motobike from the far far away Dong Hwa Main Campus just to have a tour..

And Tony, the talented classmate from my Meilun campus, came with me just wanted to make more friends from different countries..=]

Daniel, thanks for the tour and the sharing.
Like I told you last night.. I like your stories the most..
your testimonies Can and Will! affect so many lives...

Shine~ you are so cute =]
miss you and luv you so much!
I remember we first met that we were heading for dining room to have dinner that night. And even after giving tour for one week, I still couldn't fine my way to the dining! (well I pretended that I knew lol) We had so much happy and funny moments in dining room and book shop. It was so nice to meet you that night! What's more, you introduced me to Daniel Mombartz, the funniest guy on the ship!
Daniel, just so you know..don't tell Taiwanese girls "you're so cute" unless you have a thing for her LOL~ Shine was flattered when you tell her, "you're so cute," ;) haha she really likes you~
And the most interesting thing during the tour(am11:45~pm14:00) was that Jacky is not christian, but that he acted like one, he looked like one, he even talked as if he knew exactly what Bible is about!(or maybe he does!?) Tony told me about it as well! He said that he thinks Jacky is so interesting that he is not a chirstian but he acted like he is, and that he is not ABC he grew up in Taipei, but he sounded like he is =D
"Charity, this is great!" said Jacky when we were about to leave, "I really enjoyed it a lot." I felt that even one phone call invitation, one asking somebody to be the host, one hundred NT buying them bubble latte..it was all worth it.

5/13 pm23:00 Wednesday evening
I was leaning against the fence when the ship was about leave..
God is good. He's good. Thank You Lord..

5/17 Sun. =Tour Guide in Keelung=
I've met so many people when I was the translator and tour guide in Hualien harbour. And now, God wants me to meet even more people in Keelung!
Christiane Duwe!!
omg..You are the sweetest girl on the ship!!!
you were the first person who gave me a heart shaped chocolate with your hand writing on a postcard.. I was like "what? this is for me, Trajan?" lol
PJ!
I have to confess that I used to not so like Korean guys..(not sure why, perhaps is it because of Rain? lol) But when we first met at tour guide deck section, you were such an enthusiatic funny guy that I couldn't help myself but laugh =D "Opening! Opening please go this way~ Taking pics! Fun Games! AIR CONDITIONING!" It was really a laugh lol
People are CRAZY!
OHH YA CRAZY ABOUT GOD><
cept knowing more cremember friends on the ship, I also met many local friends like Jeff and Lin from Keelung. (Lin and I went to same high school oh ya Keelung Girls Senior High~)
I got know them was because of PJ's Taiwanese face! lol local people see this face, and can't help want to talk to him. PJ, if you don't talk, you are Taiwanese. =)
Jeff first talked to PJ to ask some questions about the ship and wanted to know more about the infos about how to join the crew! Though Jeff and Lin are non christian, they are very euthusiatic about the volunteer programme on Doulos. I encouraged them to go to my church or the churches in Keelung(Dorothy and Ivy)
God is an amazing God.
So, that's basically how I meet my friends.
First you know this guy/girl
You started to get to know each other.
Then you have meals together.
Then this guy/girl introduce you to more friends.
One friend link to another.
People introduce me their friends, while I introduce my friends to them, too.
And that is the cycle of makeing friends.
This is what I believe in,
you can find and make close friends anywhere with a sincere heart..
我相信 有一顆真誠的心 哪裡都交得到好朋友..
Honesty and truthworthy and of course..
being crazy! lol
Crazy about people, and crazy about God.

Etna..5/18Mon.Happy B-Day~

Charity

Doulos: 5/11一:classes+dinner on board, 5/12二: tour guide+outing+farewell

5/11Mon =full classes at uni + dinner on board=

teacher Guy from US..(Listening and Speaking class)
sometimes I think he stays(or lives) in Taiwan so long(11yrs!) that he's become one of us..lol
great TESOL teacher lo~
Vivian! intense talk after seperating for one long weekend..
two days were like two years for us! lol
we just didn't bother having Chinese class that morningXD
sorry=x talking sometimes is more important than learning how to write Chinese articles =D

went back to Doulos after ten hours school that day..
For me, dinning room is the place I can have a rest and talk to Katherine and every other friends
Katherine~~ it was my pleasure talking and sharing the testimonies about giving tours that night.. God is an amazing God. and He's going to do the same thing to you, too! And Even MORE! more than you desire. like you said, first year is the tough year for newcomers. You are very brave to take action to join the crew after visiting the ship as a visitor! though you're only 19, I believe God will use you in an amazing way and surpise you everytime you pray.

5/12 Tue =tour guide + outing + farewell=
Actually, I was off duty on Tuesday. But, since my friends asked me to be the tour guide for them, I couldn't find any reason to say no!NO! I said YES!

And that's the moment when God takes over all the work.

Astrid, the girl in purple, was born in a Christian family, but I guess her parents are not really committed Christian, that Astird barelyknows about Bible stories or about Christianity.. and this girl in black with red skirt, she got baptized before she really know about the concept of having a relationship with God.. and the guy name's Alfie. He's accepeted Jesus Christ when he had a prayer with a friend of mine back in the campus fellowship. I got this feeling that he longs for the relationship with God, but there are the knowledge and the theories and all the informations that kept him having a little distance from truely believing God.. the other girl in pink was born in a traditional religion(sth like buddhism) she came the ship cuz they are good friends and guess she's curious about the ship=D

Anyways, we spent appro. one hour for the tour. I enjoyed very much but just that I was very tired and just couldn't help myself but look not 100% excited.. in fact, I was about to fall asleep><
Fortunately, my dear big brother saved me. Hewww...lol

Leonard! Thank you for being their host to let them have lunch with you and talked about lots of things about Bible, which I've always wanted to tell them about in the past few months, esp. the smallest girl in black.. Thank you bro~
You are the MAN!HA!LOL

Best Friends ForEVER!
Nancy, Doris, Vivian, Katherine, Mike, and me.

after having lunch, we went back to my campus to have teacher Guy's Children's Literature, and then back to the ship to find Emma, who invited Vivian and I to go out with some crewmembers in the afternoon.

Vivian.. you bring out the best in me..

北濱公園the park where you can have a walk along the beach with the fascinating view of the great Pacific.. and play the volleyball if you like..=)

We met a nice friendly couple when we were wondering who could help us take a pic.. Soon we noticed that they talked like Christian and at the same time they also noticed the uniform I was wearing.. They are the parents of one of our local two weeks volunteer! David and Frank! lol What a coincidence~

Vivian and I came back first to be at the farewell party.
oh,
and here's Chris(left) the STEPper from Korea.
oO hey Chris, consider Emma, she's your secret admirer lol!
Vivian, you look like 13 year old child!

Etna..
Farewell party.. with Vivian, Alan.

I asked Dainel Mombartz to share his stories and talked about salvation to Vivi and Alan. Danke..

we were off to the nightmarket after the party and the sharing, I talked more about the testimonies I had had during the two weeks.. "Life is more than just having good grades and success in your career"I said, "Life is much more than that..""That God wants us to have an abundant life" "Abundant life in Him.." And I thank God that He soften Alan's heart that he said to me before we aparted, "yes, life means much more than all that.." said a boy once only believe himself..even at little crowed nightmarket..God is Everywhere!

please help me find out who took the pics and not sending them to me! if you have the pics..or you'd like to share with the pics with me, PLEASE! send the pics to my hotmail:only4u06@hotmail.com
THANK YOU! deperately need those pics..

Love,
Charity
